Throttling nfsd and rpc.nfsd

BetterIO doesn't currently allow kernel thread throttling. Adding this feature is under consideration. The rpc.nfsd program implements the user level part of the NFS service. The main functionality is handled by the nfsd kernel module. The user space program merely specifies what sort of sockets the kernel service should listen on, what NFS versions it should support, and how many kernel threads it should use. So if you try to throttle rpc.nfsd nothing will happen because it doesn't use IO. If you try to throttle nfsd, it won't work as well because it's a kernel thread. BetterIO nfs-throttling works for the clients, not for the server side.
