BL's CPU limiting is based on cgroups, found in the mainline kernel.


Because our CPU limits are based on cgroups functionality (found in the mainline kernel's cpuset controller), it requires no custom kernel patches to enforce CPU limits. This makes BL CPU limiting solid, stable, and tested.
