Can I run BetterLinux inside a Proxmox VM?

You should be able to run BetterLinux inside a Proxmox VM. Proxmox is based on KVM, which our customers have been using for a long time.
KVM supports vanilla CentOS, which the BetterLinux kernel uses. Just keep in mind that BetterLinux requires even virtual machines to have at least 4 cores. And although BetterLinux can control what goes on within a virtualized machine, it will not control what resources are made available to the virtual machine as a whole unless BetterLinux is also installed on the bare metal which supports the virtual machine.
