The 1.0.2-3 release contains the following summary of changes:

• Critical bug fix for cpud auto-jail-scaling. The defect created more jail cores than it should and reduced the amount of non-jail cores, resulting in users having access to a level of system resources below what their limits allowed.
• Better management of the method cpud uses to load and unload tc settings.
