Release 1.1.10-1 includes the following changes:
Overview
This release includes support for the cPanel jailed shell feature and the CloakFS cloak_file /etc/passwd feature.
CloakFS
- The CloakFS cloak_file feature (which hides the contents of /etc/passwd from users) will now detect if cPanel jailed shell is enabled for a user. Since the jailed shell feature also blocks the user from seeing other users entries in the password file, the CloakFS cloak_file /etc/passwd feature will now be disabled for the jailed shell users in the defined cloak_file group. The CloakFS cloak feature will continue to cloak a jailed shell user from seeing other users files and directories in /home and /tmp.
Kernel
- The CloakFS cloak_file jailed shell support was applied to the kernel. This release will require a new kernel and therefore a reboot.
